We are particular about dashi stock and no use of chemical seasonings or preservatives. Our signature product, the ``Custom-made Dashi Pack,'' allows you to create a one-of-a-kind dashi pack using any combination of 36 kinds of domestically produced natural ingredients, including bonito flakes, dried sardines, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms. We also sell a selection of delicious products from all over the country, including seasonings such as soy sauce and miso carefully selected by connoisseurs, carefully selected rice accompaniments, drinks and bottled products.
