We carefully prepare our desserts such as cakes and ice cream, as well as meals such as pasta and soups, using organic ingredients whenever possible. In addition to lunch and afternoon tea, we also recommend using Apero time with natural wine and Japanese sake. We also have original products that would make great gifts, including cookie cans and natural tea, which are popular in packaging designed by founder Akiko Kawamura, who is also an active illustrator.
