Notice of operational changes for 33F/34F Sky Lobby (from Thursday, April 18th)

Since its opening in November 2023, the Sky Lobby on the 33rd and 34th floors has been open for a limited time only to visitors to the area, but this will end on April 17, 2024. Going forward, it will be available to the following users:
Date: From Thursday, April 18, 2024
Only the following people are allowed to enter the Sky Lobby.
◆Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower Office tenants and their related parties
◆Hills House Azabudai users・Customers using Dining 33
・Customers using Sky Room Cafe & Bar
・Customers who purchase Dining 33 pâtisserie à la maison
・Hills House members and their guestsAfter the above date and time, we will change the operation to the B1F entrance where a staff member will confirm that you are eligible to use the facility before entering.

Coexistence of city and nature
By greening the entire site, we have created approximately 24,000 square meters of green space, even though it is located in the heart of the city.
Greenery of Azabudai Hills
With the aim of creating a greenery that people can touch, a variety of plants that change their appearance depending on the season are spread throughout the city.
central square
There is a relaxing space of approximately 6,000 square meters, consisting of a variety of plants, a waterfront, and a total lawn area of approximately 1,200 square meters.
Orchard
A variety of fruit trees, including unshiu mandarin oranges and blueberries, are grown on the sloped green area that can be seen from the central plaza.
vegetable garden
A vegetable garden of approximately 45 square meters will be set up next to the orchard, and programs will be planned in collaboration with various facilities in the city.
Living with greenery/wellness living
Azabudai Hills offers a variety of activities to keep your mind and body healthy amidst the greenery.
running route
Azabudai Hills can also be used as a running route with plenty of greenery.
water server
There is a dedicated water server located in the central plaza where you can refill water if you bring your own bottle.

We will create a system that recycles plastic bottles from cities into new bottles, contributing to the reduction of CO2.
