A pop-up from Rokkatei, whose head office and factory are located in Obihiro, Tokachi, Hokkaido.
At this pop-up, they will be demonstrating and selling for the first time "Rokkatei Daigo Blueberry," a cheese soufflé sandwiched between blueberry jam with pulp and rich cheese cream. They will also be demonstrating and selling "Rokkatei Crispy Pie," which is recommended to be eaten fresh within three hours of purchase.
We will also be selling the classic "Marusei Butter Sandwich."

Takamura Japanese Cuisine is celebrating its 25th anniversary since opening in Kitaakita, Tohoku.
He served as head chef at Mejiro Taikohachi, where he continued to serve Edo cuisine in Akita, winning numerous awards and making the restaurant difficult to book.
At this pop-up, we will be offering Takamura's popular dessert "Hagoromo", original Takamura noodles, and Satoyama Coffee Special Blend, which is blended to go with Hagoromo, for eat-in. Hagoromo will also be available for take-out.
